FACTORY TOUR

Production Line

  • Over 1000 workers, work in 2 shift, 24 hours operated Daily capacity per line per model: 9000 pieces (RM12-7) 300 pieces (RM12-100)
  • All workers and staffs are well trained that they are capable to work in different job positions; therefore, we can maximize the allocative efficiency of labor.
  • Regular refreshment training is provided to workers in order to increase quality and capacity per labor.


Plastic Injection Section:
  • Over 100 injection machines to produce our own plastic parts and OEM products.
  • Over 35 years experience in making and designing states of art tooling and plastic parts.
  • Available to produce any complicated design tooling or OEM product upon customers request.

Mould Maintence:
  • Inhouse workshop for machine and equipment maintainence.
  • We innovate our own tools and equipment to convinence the workers and so to increase their production efficiency.



Moulding Room:
  • We use high technology tooling machine, Sparkle Machine.
  • Lead time for making a new mould from design to finish: 45-75days only.




Acid Fluiding:
  • All Acid Fluiding Machine are imported from Taiwan and US.
  • Computerized Acid Fluiding Machine inject acid to each battery with exact amount of volumn which the data is set in advance.
  • Quality Control: Check and record the accurracy of each machine in every 1.5 hours.

Charging Room:
  • Bitrode (U.S.) Charging Machines,built in alarm system will call out if anything abnormal during the charging process.




Testing Room:
  • Monthly life cycle testing for each model.
  • Sample test from production line.
  • Quality Comparison with different competitor’ model.
  • Investigate and record defeated battery for further improvement.
  • Regular product review test by analyzing the testing record and customer’ feeback.
